Connect your tools
How BriteBase connects to the other tools you run your business on, and where to manage those connections.
BriteBase is built to work alongside the tools you already use — your CRM, your payment processor, your calendar — so information flows between them instead of being re-typed in two places. You manage all of these connections in one spot.
Where your connections live
Open Settings → Integrations to see everything BriteBase can connect to. Each tool appears as a card showing its current status — like Connected or Not configured — so you can tell at a glance what's wired up. Only owners and admins can set up and manage integrations.
Tools on the way
We're rolling out connections to the tools install companies rely on most. The first three coming to BriteBase are:
- Salesforce — Keep your CRM in sync, so the clients and appointments you work in BriteBase show up in Salesforce automatically.
- Stripe — Collect payments on your invoices, so a client can pay online and the invoice updates itself.
- Google Calendar — Sync your appointments, so what's scheduled in BriteBase shows up on your calendar.
As each connection becomes available, a step-by-step setup guide will follow here. In the meantime, you can see what's coming on your Integrations page.
